Things were not looking good for this man as he stood on the edge of this overpass. He was approached by this Moses Lake Police Sergeant who offered him a cigarette, smoothly coaxing him to go for a walk with him, while assuring him he would get him the help he needed. No charges were filed, and the man is currently receiving mental health assistance.
